Job Description
Front Desk Coordinator (Temporary - 6 Weeks Minimum)

South West London
£14.80 per hour
Start Date: 22nd June

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office professional who can quickly integrate into a busy environment and provide essential cover during a period of annual leave.

About the Role

Working at the heart of the office, you will act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of front-of-house operations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • General office administration duties
  • Managing the front-of-house area and welcoming visitors
  • Handling staff enquiries and managing voicemail calls
  • Post management (incoming and outgoing)
  • Monitoring and responding to the general information inbox
  • Calendar management and coordination
  • Visitor management processes
  • Issuing security passes and allocating staff lockers
  • Replenishing office supplies and stock
  • Maintaining kitchen and stationery areas
  • Basic equipment troubleshooting
Requirements
  • Previous broad office experience is essential
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed and work independently
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • A valid DBS check is required
Desirable (Not Essential)
  • Fire Warden training (training can be provided)
