We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office professional who can quickly integrate into a busy environment and provide essential cover during a period of annual leave.
About the RoleWorking at the heart of the office, you will act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of front-of-house operations and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- General office administration duties
- Managing the front-of-house area and welcoming visitors
- Handling staff enquiries and managing voicemail calls
- Post management (incoming and outgoing)
- Monitoring and responding to the general information inbox
- Calendar management and coordination
- Visitor management processes
- Issuing security passes and allocating staff lockers
- Replenishing office supplies and stock
- Maintaining kitchen and stationery areas
- Basic equipment troubleshooting
- Previous broad office experience is essential
- Ability to quickly get up to speed and work independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- A valid DBS check is required
- Fire Warden training (training can be provided)
