Front Desk & F&B Guest Experience Associate

A local hotel chain in Blackburn is looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team in a multi-skilled reception role. You will be the first point of contact for guests, checking them in and out, and providing excellent customer service. Tasks will also involve food and beverage service and assisting in the kitchen. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and willing to learn, preferably with previous experience in a similar role. Hours include early and late shifts, with weekends required.
