Front Desk & Customer Experience Advisor

The Pickaquoy Centre is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to be the friendly first point of contact for visitors. You will deliver high standards of customer service and act as an ambassador for the Centre, ensuring a welcoming experience for all users.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, handling enquiries, bookings, cash transactions and light admin. A positive attitude, clear communication and basic admin skills are desirable.
