Front Desk & Admin Support - Probation Services

Probation Service in Canterbury seeks an administrative role within the PS Directorate of HMPPS to provide first point of contact for visitors and callers, and to undertake a range of office-based administrative tasks.

The post holder will work collaboratively with team members to support multiple functions, arrange mail, meetings, room bookings, and event registrations, while maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards.
