The Opportunity

This newly created role places you right at the centre of customer relationships. You'll be the trusted technical voice for retail partners - protecting standards, solving problems, and driving improvements from field to fork.

You'll work hands-on with:

  • Retail customers
  • Internal Technical & Operational teams
  • Product, packaging & sustainability projects

No two days are the same. Plenty of responsibility. Real opportunity to grow.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Act as the go-to technical contact for retail customers
  • Manage customer technical requirements, specifications, and standards
  • Lead responses to technical queries, complaints, and risk assessments
  • Support new product launches, packaging changes, and innovation projects
  • Ensure all customer-facing documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability
  • Analyse trends and data to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement
  • Support ESG and sustainability initiatives that truly matter
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience in a technical role within food, FMCG, retail, or supply chain
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • A genuine passion for fresh produce, quality, and innovation
