Fresh Market Street Team Lead - Customer Service & Growth

Morrisons is seeking a Market Street Team Leader to guide a multi-skilled counter team spanning Deli, Bakery, Pie Shop and Fresh to Go. You will coach colleagues, deliver excellent customer service, and work with management to meet sales and quality standards on a daily basis.

In this role you'll ensure food safety, maintain displays, and drive availability across counters while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. This full-time position is based at Market Street.
