Fresh Manager - Location: Barnes Hill. Employment Type: Full time, Permanent. Shift Pattern: Afternoons. Hours per week: 45. Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits.

• Drive strategy into action: Plan and execute all trading activity on the shop floor, delivering great availability standards, key metrics and KRAs through routine and processes.
• Lead with impact: Engage and coach the team to constantly improve routine and process, creating a culture of selling with personality and getting one more item in every basket while serving customers with heart and pride.
• Results focused: Ensure shop floor, promotional and modular activity is landed to brief and on time, driving the store selling agenda.

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of food or non food departments.
• Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
