Fresh Food Training & Compliance Coach

Inver Energy Limited is seeking a Fresh Food Trainer to develop knowledge and skills of fresh food teams across the estate, ensuring consistent food quality and safety standards. The role focuses on delivering engaging training and supporting new fresh food initiatives.

You will deliver induction, hands-on training in food preparation and customer service, and develop training materials. A minimum of 3 years in fresh food retail and strong HACCP knowledge are required.
