Fresh Food Production Team Leader - Early Shifts

The Coffee House in Warrington is seeking a Fresh Food Production Team Leader to swap the factory for a more rewarding kitchen environment. Based in our Central Kitchen, you'll lead a team crafting real food from freshly sourced ingredients for our community hubs across the North West.

You'll work a 40-hour week with rotas over 7 days, no night shifts, and a supportive culture. You'll collaborate with bakers and chefs to hit daily fresh food goals while keeping a clean, safe kitchen.
