Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience within the UK freight or logistics industry

• A proactive, hands-on approach to managing freight operations from booking through to delivery

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A focus on providing outstanding customer service

Responsibilities include:

• Managing full-cycle freight forwarding for imports and exports via air, sea, and road

• Providing accurate freight quotes and rates to customers

• Preparing critical shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading and Letters of Credit

• Handling customs clearance

• Delivering timely, responsive support to clients and business partners
