Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts
• Identify new business opportunities within current client base
• Support customer service, issue resolution, and account reviews
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to support service delivery
• Maintain client records, schedules, and territory account mapping
• Assist with collections and invoicing coordination when required

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years account management experience
• Logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry experience
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with logistics systems and CRM tools
• Sales or account management certification (preferred)
