Role Overview

For a leading D365 CE implementation partner, we are seeking a senior Functional / Technical Consultant to deliver high-impact Customer Engagement solutions. These roles require deep expertise in D365 CE configuration, customization, and architecture

Key Responsibilities

Technical Consultants:

• Develop custom solutions using C# (no X ) and Power Platform
• Design system architecture for D365 CE deployments
• Integrate CE with external systems via APIs and Azure services
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues

Functional Consultants:

• Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Configure D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Design user workflows and role-based security models
• Conduct user training and create functional documentation

Technical Environment

• Core Platform: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Development: C#, .NET, Power Platform (Automate/Apps)
• Integration: Azure Services, REST APIs, Dataverse
• Methodologies: Agile implementation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of D365 CE experience (functional or technical track)
• Dutch fluency + professional English
• Technical Consultants:
• Expertise in C# development for D365 CE
• Azure integration experience
• Functional Consultants:
• Full lifecycle implementation experience
• Strong business process mapping skills
• Willingness to split time between Antwerp office and customer sites
