We're looking for a highly experienced Creative Resource Lead to step in on a freelance basis and manage creative resourcing across our European Communications business. You'll ensure the right people are on the right projects - balancing skills, availability, and budgets - while driving smooth day-to-day delivery and proactive forward planning.
What You'll DoOwn and lead creative resourcing across EU business units
Match resource to project needs and manage weekly scheduling
Drive team utilisation, capacity planning and resolve booking conflicts
Partner with Project Managers, Creative Directors & Client Services
Plan long-term needs and identify freelance gaps
Use tools like Paprika and Wrike to manage bookings
Monitor utilisation and support revenue forecasts
What You BringStrong experience in creative resource/traffic management
Proven ability to manage resource across multiple teams and disciplines (concept, digital, video, print)
Confident communicator and problem-solver
Familiar with creative ops tools (Paprika, Wrike)
Healthcare agency experience a plus
