Freelance Consumer Data Platform Administrator/Technical Support Specialist

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major digital data initiative and is looking for a hands-on Consumer Data Platform Administrator/Technical Support Specialist with strong MarTech experience and practical CDP techincal expertise. The role focuses on daily administration, configuration, and support of a Consumer Data Platform environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on administration and technical support for the Consumer Data Platform, including service requests and incident management through tools like Jira and ServiceNow
• Configure and maintain CDP components, such as listeners, tagging rules, profile properties, segments, consent settings, and identity resolution logic
• Support and validate data flows, integrations, and import/export processes between the CDP and external systems (CRM, ESP, martech tools, etc.)
• Perform operational tasks such as housekeeping, metadata management, schema validation, and platform health checks
• Maintain documentation including requirements, use cases, configuration notes, data flow diagrams, test plans, and UAT deliverables
• Collaborate with digital data, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to ensure timely service request completion and platform stability

Requirements

• Hands-on CDP administration or technical support experience
• Strong MarTech/marketing technology experience
• Experience with BlueConic or transferable CDP technologies (eg, Salesforce CDP, Tealium, Amperity, Treasure Data, Segment, mParticle)
• Solid understanding of tagging, first-party data collection, identity resolution, and data integrations
• Experience working with cross-functional digital and marketing teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery

Contract Details

• Start Date: 1 March 2026
• Duration: 6-10 months
• Location: 100% remote (working with stakeholders in EST and CET)
