Fraud Performance & Controls Leader

Hastings Direct is seeking a Fraud Performance and Controls Lead to drive end-to-end policy fraud performance, controls design and continuous improvement. You will link Underwriting, Analytics and Operations to maximise prevention, reduce friction for genuine customers and improve profitability through a robust fraud framework.

The role requires senior-level expertise in fraud controls, portfolio performance and governance, with a track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
