Franchised Bus Fleet Leader - Decarbonisation & Strategy

West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) seeks an experienced fleet and operations leader to drive the franchised bus fleet transition. You will shape the fleet strategy, oversee procurement, asset transfer and readiness across a major regional programme, working with operators and partners to deliver safe, reliable services.

The role focuses on decarbonisation, zero-emission vehicles, lifecycle cost management and performance, with a 2-year FTC and on-site responsibilities at Birmingham offices.
