Franchise Training Coach - Onsite Coaching & Onboarding

Wonderfield Group is seeking a hands-on Franchise Coach to visit franchised kiosks across Ireland and Europe, training teams in sushi skills, safety standards and operational excellence. The role requires regular travel and overnight stays, with a 40-hour week and a €42,000 salary plus car allowance.

You'll support onboarding of new Franchisees, drive food quality, and share insights to strengthen the franchise network, working across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.
