Franchise Growth & Strategy Manager

Goodyear UK is seeking a Franchise Business Development Manager to help our franchise partners thrive by developing business plans, KPIs and growth strategies, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across the network.

You will analyse performance, audit retail standards, coach partners through training and new programmes, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Training to align with Retail EMEA strategy and drive continuous improvement.
