Frailty Care Nurse - Flexible Shifts & Impactful Elder Care

A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join their Frailty Unit. The successful candidate will provide compassionate care to older patients with complex health needs, develop and deliver care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates with experience in elderly care or acute medicine are preferred, but all motivated nurses are encouraged to apply. The role is for full-time, shift-based work including weekends and bank holidays.
