Fragrance Store Lead - People, Service & Sales (Temp)

Yankee Candle in Horsham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, build a confident team, and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment.

You will help develop product knowledge, lead on merchandising and service standards, and contribute to commercial results while working full-time on a temporary basis until December, with a UK salary of £38,000 pro-rata plus bonus.
