Fractional Product Practice Leader (Parental Leave)

is seeking a Fractional Product Leader to cover parental leave for 2 days per week over 9 months in a London-based role. You will mentor the Head of Product and Product Design, partner with the Head of Product and design leads, and elevate product craft within a fast-growing ecommerce organisation.

You'll focus on team effectiveness, establishing best practices, and guiding a team through a period of transformation, while staying hands-on with the team to ensure high-quality outputs.
