Fractional CFO

Role Overview

The Fractional CFO will join the leadership team and work closely with the Board, helping scale the business through strategic growth initiatives, including potential M&A opportunities, improved financial reporting, profitability, and overall business performance. This role will collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape financial strategy and operations, and may help define the wider leadership structure as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks
• Lead M&A negotiations
• Prepare for equity investment

Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 7 - 10 years' of finance experience
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
• Healthcare sector experience desirable but not essential
