We are currently seeking a FP&A Supply Chain Lead to play a pivotal role in the implementation of our new SAP/ERP landscape. This role will be critical in enabling financial performance tracking, dynamic costing, margin analysis, and inventory valuation across our global sourcing, logistics, and merchandising operations. You will be at the forefront of integrating financial systems with omnichannel data-including POS, e-commerce, and marketing analytics-empowering C&A to make data-driven decisions that fuel revenue growth and customer-centric strategies. This is a 2 year limited contract role with possibility of extension untill the project is finished. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design and implementation of management accounting frameworks in SAP/ERP to support margin analysis, store and e-commerce performance, and profitability tracking by SKU, category, region, and store. Develop integrated financial models using omnichannel data (brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, marketplaces, social commerce, and wholesale) to enable real-time revenue and profitability insights. Establish predictive sales generation models using POS and transaction data to analyze conversion rates, average basket size, and customer purchasing behavior.
