FP&A Manager, Distribution Partnerships & Growth

Spotify is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to partner with the Distribution Partnerships team. You will build financial foundations, create business cases, subscriber models, and end-to-end P&L analyses linking user growth to business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Legal, Strategy, Accounting and other teams to translate insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders, and you'll own reporting, planning, forecasting, and KPI analysis for the partnership portfolio.
