FP&A Manager, Biotech - Clinical Trials & Growth

OMass Therapeutics in Oxford seeks an FP&A Manager to strengthen finance during a pivotal growth phase. You will own clinical trial budgets, lead project forecasts and partner with R&D. The role involves automation of reporting, budgeting, and aiding fundraising activities with senior leadership.

You will work with IFRS in a UK biotech setting, manage multiple workstreams, and communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. A strong accounting qualification is required.
