What You'll Be Doing

As our FP&A Manager, you will:

  • Support the Director of FP&A and Strategic Projects in developing a holistic view of the Magnet business - from long term strategy through to monthly reporting and analysis.

  • Develop and prepare timely, insightful internal reporting to drive decision making in a growing organisation.

  • Work closely with commercial business units to improve reporting efficiency and explain key drivers of financial performance.

  • Support the UK Finance Director with consolidated budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Analyse UK level results, interpret business drivers, and provide meaningful commentary.

  • Lead ad hoc scenario planning and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

  • This role offers outstanding development opportunities and the chance to influence outcomes at the highest level of the business.

What You'll Bring

  • A proven track record in developing and analysing internal reporting for corporate groups.

  • Ideally, experience working with consolidation tools.

  • A structured, organised approach - able to manage long term deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.

  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex financial information in a meaningful way.

You'll be successful in this role by living and breathing our core values - Care, Deliver, Inspire.
