Job Description

• Drive strategic forecasting, budgeting, and performance assessments to inform commercial decisions and outcomes.
• Forge collaborative partnerships across functions to shape business strategy, optimise profitability, and spotlight long-term growth drivers.
• Identify growth opportunities and support initiatives that enhance long-term financial performance.
• Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Champion continuous enhancements in financial tools, reporting, and transformation initiatives to boost efficiency, simplicity, and alignment with regional financial goals.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified or QBE Finance Professional
• FP&A experience delivering valuable insights
• Strong Business Partner
• Manufacturing or similar experience
