FP&A Manager - Tech Consultancy

Whilst this is a contract role, there will be the potential for extension and permanent employment if successful. The business has a culture which is energetic, collaborative and ambitious. For this role specifically they require a self-starter, ideally someone who is a critical thinker, capable of spotting gaps, introducing new ideas and driving them forward rather than accepting the status quo. The CFO is keen for you to operate independently where possible meaning candidates who thrive in less corporate hands on management environments will align well with the culture.

• Build and analyse full financial forecasts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).


• Create scenario models with overlays to support strategic planning.


• Deliver product and customer profitability analysis to guide commercial decisions.


• Provide actionable insights on margin trends and cost opportunities.


• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape business decisions through financial insight.


• Work with large data sets to extract, validate, and interpret key metrics.


• Support strategic projects incl. asset disposals, due diligence, and business cases.


• Improve forecasting and reporting models for greater speed and accuracy.


• Contribute to M&A activity with financial modelling, valuation analysis, and deal support.

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)


• Able to demonstrate key achievements in a scale-up environment


• Credible and experienced working with senior leadership

• Relevant industry experience eg tech / consultancy / services
