Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on FP&A Manager to lead the management of our UK expense base and play a central role in developing a best-in-class FP&A function.

Reporting to the Financial Performance Director, you will manage a team of three and partner with senior leaders, including the Executive Committee, to deliver meaningful insights and commercial challenge.

Key accountabilities

Oversee monthly expense and FTE reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and ad hoc analysis.

Enhance and manage expense allocation models under both UK GAAP and IFRS17.

Drive process improvements using advanced Excel skills and contribute to the adoption of new financial planning tools and Power BI dashboards.

Consolidate financials (P&L, balance sheet, cashflows, capital allocations) across multiple legal entities.

Strengthen financial controls and support both internal and external audits.

Skills & experience

Strong UK Insurance P&L and management accounting experience.

Advanced Excel skills with exposure to financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, IBM).
