FP&A Lead - Biotech Growth & Clinical Trial Finance

OMass Therapeutics seeks an FP&A Manager to strengthen the Finance function during a pivotal growth phase. You will own clinical trial budgets, lead R&D FP&A partnerships, and drive automation across reporting processes. Expect significant interaction with VP Finance and external auditors.

Qualified accountant with life sciences experience is required; familiarity with NetSuite and IFRS in UK biotech is highly desirable. You will support fundraising activities and build scalable financial models.
