Job Description- Prepare and analyse financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to guide business strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and align financial objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in streamlining financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Deliver insightful commercial performance reporting and dashboarding to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and joint ventures to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Lead automation and reporting improvements in a BI-focused environment.
- Support statutory reporting and ensure alignment with financial controls.
- Drive system implementations and enhancements in collaboration with IT and finance teams.
A successful FP&A - Finance Business Partner should have:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience.
- Proven ability to build and automate dashboards using BI tools and SQL.
- Experience in system implementations and partnering across functions.
- Exposure to joint ventures and complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
