FP&A Director: P&L Strategy & AI-Driven Forecasting

Fourth is seeking an FP&A Director to own P&L modelling and planning cycles, leading a small FP&A team in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. You will modernize processes with automation and AI, delivering precise, board-ready insight and reporting.

You'll partner with the SVP, Finance & Accounting to ensure accurate forecasting, robust scenarios, and timely leadership materials. This role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, and a bias for action.
