FP&A Director - Banking: Strategic Forecasting & Planning

Kroo Bank in London is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead forecasting, planning, and performance insight across the business. You will build and run financial models from scratch, partnering with senior stakeholders to align with balance sheet dynamics, capital, liquidity, and regulatory expectations.

This hands-on role requires developing scalable forecasting tools in Excel/Google Sheets, using VBA and Python to automate analyses, and driving multi-year planning.
