Founding Sales Enablement Lead for AI SaaS - Unlimited PTO

Console is building AI-powered enterprise automation and is expanding its sales team. We are hiring a Sales Enablement Lead to own onboarding, ramp, playbooks, deal support, and the systems that keep the sales team sharp as it scales.

You will work with the Head of Sales, AEs and SDRs to translate what great reps already do into a repeatable engine, shaping the GTM playbook as the company grows.
