Founding Recruiter

We're hiring an Founding Recruiter for a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup building the safety and control layer for large-scale AI systems.

The company builds the control and evaluation layer for AI systems - helping organizations define, test, and enforce how AI behaves in real-world environments.

Your Impact:

• Own end-to-end recruiting across all functions with a strong focus on technical hiring.

• Identify and engage exceptional talent globally.

• Build and optimize recruiting infrastructure (ATS, sourcing tools, interview frameworks).

• Partner closely with founders to shape hiring strategy

• Create a candidate experience that reflects the company's standards

This is a hands-on role focused on building the team, not managing recruiters.

Your Superpower:

• Proven ability to source and hire top-tier AI/ML talents in startup environments.

• Comfort building recruiting processes from scratch.

• High ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity.

• Excellent communicator who builds trust with candidates and hiring managers.

• Proactive, high performing operator with a strong bias for action.

• Fluent English.
