Founding Head of Product, AI Healthcare Platform

Heim is seeking a founding Head of Product to define the roadmap and lead it from concept to scale, working closely with the founders, medical director and engineers to shape what Heim becomes.

You will own the product direction, set standards, and build AI-native tooling to safely deploy agentic systems, while balancing clinical safety and rapid growth. This executive role requires deep technical fluency and a track record of shipping complex products in high-stakes domains.
