Founding Head of Product - AI-First Home Healthcare

Heim is seeking its first Head of Product to define the roadmap and own the product strategy, working directly with founders, the medical director and engineers to shape the company's direction as a category-defining AI healthcare platform.

This founding, executive role will drive product discovery through production, align AI-native tooling with safety, and scale a platform designed to bring care into patients' homes at scale.
