Founding Head of Nursery & Early Years

The Independent Schools Council is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead and develop a new nursery and preschool in Winchester. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape early years' education in a leading independent school environment, focusing on providing an exceptional experience for children from 9 months to rising 5 years.

As the founding leader, you will establish the nursery while embedding the St Swithun's ethos into all aspects of learning and development.
