Founding Full Stack Engineer AI London 
What if the next generation of AI wasn't just working with information, but helping build things in the real world? An early-stage technology company is hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help turn a highly ambitious AI product into reality. The team is tackling genuinely difficult problems around AI agents, complex data and real-world built systems. This is an opportunity to join extremely early and work on technology where there is still a huge amount to figure out.
The Role- Build across the product, from backend systems to user-facing applications
- Design and ship AI-powered functionality into production
- Work with LLMs, agents, retrieval and complex data
- Make key architectural decisions as the platform scales
- Work directly with the founding team and have a major say in what gets built
- Strong Full Stack engineering background
- Significant hands-on experience building with AI/LLMs in production
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript
- Comfortable owning projects from idea to deployment
- Naturally curious about how AI systems actually work
- Founder mentality: high agency, pragmatic and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing
- Tiny team. Serious technical problems. Massive ownership.
