Founding Forward-Deployed Engineering Manager

Anthropic is seeking a founding Forward Deployed Engineer Manager to build and scale a high-performing team embedded with strategic customers. You will set technical and operational standards, hire and mentor engineers, and drive field insights into product direction while balancing people development and delivery responsibilities.
