Founding Finance Lead in London: Capital-Intense & Pricing

Substrate Bio Ltd in London is building an AI-native automated lab infrastructure, opening its first lab in London in 2026. We are hiring a founding Finance Lead to own the finance function end to end, including capex, debt funding, pricing and investor communications.

You will partner with co-founders, drive month-end close, cap table management, SAFE conversions, and pricing design for a usage-based model, while building a finance team as the company scales.
