Founding Brand Lead for Founder & Investor Narratives

Pairs is seeking a Founding Head of Brand to own its positioning, voice and visual identity across all channels, plus the writing and video that back it. You will set the brand strategy and run it, shaping how founders and investors perceive Pairs before any conversation.

You will write, edit video, and direct shoots, repurpose existing founder/investor material into films and series, and own newsletters and quarterly reports from day one.
