Founding Account Executive, LatAm Growth & Outbound

Vanta is hiring a Founding Account Executive to launch our downmarket business across LatAm. You will own the full sales cycle from 0-400 employees in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile, balancing outbound, inbound, and self-sourced pipeline with a dedicated SDR.

You will craft Spanish-language demos and sales materials, shape the go-to-market playbook, and drive early-market expansion with an entrepreneurial, ownership mindset in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.
