Fostering Recruitment & Training Officer (Fixed-Term)

Essex County Council is seeking a Recruitment Training and Support Officer (Fostering) on a fixed term basis to support recruitment of local foster carers and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions. The role involves coordinating events, working with foster families and birth children, and building community partnerships.

Ideal candidates will have RQF Level 3 qualifications, strong CPD, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
