Forward-Deployed Engineer: Deployments & Observability

Dexory seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the engineering organisation and own complex customer deployments. You will be the interface between teams, investigate telemetry, query data, and interpret point cloud scans while improving platform reliability across a global fleet.

You will bridge WMS/ERP integration, network needs, and robot configuration, while feeding structured insights back to engineering and running technical workshops with customers.
