Salary

£32,680 (£30,000 + £2,680 Shift Allowance). Rising after probation to £33,661 (£30,900 + £2,761 Shift Allowance).

Shift Pattern

12 Hour Panama Shifts (7 am - 7 pm & 7 pm - 7 am).

• Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
• Week 2 - Wed, Thurs

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• A forklift licence.
• A strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding and commitment to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production line machinery to ensure accurate production.
• Following standard operating procedures and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Completing routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
• Completing regular equipment inspections and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
• Ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Completing machine change overs efficiently and safely.
