Pay Rate: Up to £15.07 per hour
Shifts Available: Days / Days & Afters / Days, Nights & Afters
Licences Accepted: In house or External FLT Counterbalance licences
We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a well established company based in Alfreton. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long term work with consistent hours and a supportive working environment.
Successful applicants will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring the smooth movement of stock across the site. You will be working as part of a busy team, so reliability, good communication, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities- FLT operation - Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift truck in line with site procedures
- Loading & unloading - Move pallets, load/unload vehicles, and transport goods across the warehouse
- Stock handling - Support stock movements and replenishment
- Health & safety - Maintain a safe working environment and follow all site safety rules
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in house or external accepted)
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance truck
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work across different shift patterns
- Good communication and reliability
