Warehouse Operative with FLT/Counterbalance - temp to perm
Location: Park Farm Industrial Estate, Wellingborough
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with FLT/Counterbalance experience to join a busy and growing team based at Park Farm Industrial Estate, Wellingborough. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career progression, pay increases, and company benefits.
Working Hours- 5 days per week, including every Saturday
- 08:00 - 17:00
- Sundays off plus one rotating day off during the week
Please note: You must be able to commit to working every Saturday on a long-term basis, as this will form part of your contracted working week.
Duties and Responsibilities- Picking and packing dry food products and stock
- General warehouse duties
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT
- Moving, sorting, and organising stock
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Completing administrative tasks and paperwork as required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Counterbalance FLT experience required
- Valid Counterbalance FLT certificate desirable
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Starting rate of £12.71 per hour
- Increase to £13.00 per hour upon successful completion of probation
