Forklift Driver (12 Tonne Capacity) - £13.50 per hour
A leading national equipment hire provider is looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join its busy operations team. This organisation supplies heavy duty machinery and industrial equipment to construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects across the UK, and prides itself on safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service.
The Role
You'll be operating a 12 tonne capacity forklift, supporting the smooth running of the depot by ensuring all incoming and outgoing equipment is handled safely and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include:

The Role
You'll be operating a 12 tonne capacity forklift, supporting the smooth running of the depot by ensuring all incoming and outgoing equipment is handled safely and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include:
- Loading & unloading lorries and heavy goods
- Operating a 12 tonne forklift in a busy yard environment
- Logging deliveries, collections, and stock movements
- Completing administration to maintain accurate records
- Working closely with the depot and transport teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Valid forklift licence suitable for heavy capacity machines
- Experience operating large forklifts (10-12 tonne preferred)
- Strong attention to detail for admin and stock logging
- Ability to work safely in a fast paced yard environment
- £13.50 per hour
