Forecourt Assistant Manager: Lead Team & Service

Welcome Break in Muskham forecourt is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team on shift, uphold standards and deliver a warm, great customer experience.

You'll support the Store Manager across forecourt operations, coaching the team on shift, helping to manage stock and routines, and ensuring the unit stays clean and ready for busy periods. This hands-on role offers training and progression toward a Store Manager role.
